It is understood that the provision of DMC services will be governed by separate contracts entered into directly between the client and the specific Group entity competent for the territory or the execution of the requested service.

These terms apply exclusively to the use of the informational Site. They do not govern the use of the Group's online portals dedicated to suppliers or clients (e.g., booking systems), which are subject to specific terms of use and separate supply agreements.

The Site is a public resource for general information. Although MIKI Travel strives to ensure that the content is accurate and up to date, no warranties or guarantees are made regarding the completeness or accuracy of the published material.
