Itinerary idea in detail

Day 1

Rome

Arrival in Rome and transfer from airport to hotel. Free time to start looking around the Eternal City. Overnight in Rome.

Day 2

Rome

Breakfast in hotel.

Full day sightseeing with our local guide, starting with the largest ancient amphitheatre ever built, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum. No visit to Rome is complete without it! In the afternoon, you'll continue to explore other landmarks in Rome, such as Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain. Overnight in Rome.

Day 3

Rome, Orvieto, Siena

Breakfast at the hotel.

It is time to head out and say goodbye to Rome. Next stop is Siena, the city famous for the Palio, a traditional horse race. But before that, we will briefly stop in Orvieto, one of Italy's best kept secret:

a small town hidden on top of a hill famous for its striking views and the beautiful Duomo. And have you ever heard about St. Patrick's well? Time to find out! Overnight in Siena.

Day 4

Siena, San Gimignano, Siena

Breakfast in hotel. In the morning, head towards San Gimignano, known as the City of Towers and in the afternoon enjoy a city tour in Siena, with its beautiful Duomo, while trying some local ice cream.

Day 5

Siena, Florence

Breakfast in hotel. Departure for Florence, the cradle of Renaissance.

You will spend the afternoon in Florence with our local guide walking around marvels like Piazza della Signoria, piazza del Duomo with its Cathedral and Palazzo Vecchio. Overnight in Florence.

Day 6

Florence, Pisa & Lucca, Florence

Breakfast in hotel. Today you will go the Pisa, a city famous all around the world for the iconic Leaning Tower but do not forget to explore the rest of Piazza dei Miracoli. In the afternoon, before going back to Florence, we will make a quick stop in Lucca, a city a little bit off the beaten path, well-known for its medieval walls. Overnight in Florence.

Day 7

Florence, Venice

Breakfast in hotel.

Departure for Venice, the city of love and above all bridges (over 400) with a short stop in Modena (why not try to taste their local balsamic vinegar?

Overnight in Venice or Mestre.

Day 8

Venice

Breakfast in hotel.

Today is all about Venice: start with a stroll in the morning with a local guide exploring Piazza San Marco, Bridge of Sighs and Rialto Bridge.

Free time in the afternoon (optional gondola ride can be arranged).

Overnight in Venice or Mestre.

Day 9

Venice

Breakfast in hotel.

It is time to say goodbye to Italy: transfer to airport and end of our service.
