Day 1
Copenhagen
Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, the group will be transferred to the city center by a guide and coach driver. A relaxed orientation tour of Copenhagen will commence, focusing on the city's most iconic landmarks and neighborhoods, including photo opportunities at Nyhavn; Amalienborg Palace; the Little Mermaid statue; and City Hall Square.
Cap off your day with a delightful welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you can savor Scandinavian tastes. Afterwards, check into your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 2
Copenhagen, Hillerød, Overnight Cruise to Oslo
After breakfast, journey north to Hillerød. Visit Frederiksborg Castle, an iconic royal landmark. Set on three islets in a lake, this Renaissance-style castle houses the Museum of National History, offering insight into Denmark’s royal past through portraits, historical paintings, and ornate interiors.
After exploring the castle and its surroundings, you'll return to Copenhagen for lunch and some leisure time. Afterwards, the group will transfer to the port to board the Go Nordic overnight cruise to Oslo. Enjoy dinner on board as you sail into the sunset toward Norway.
Day 3
Oslo, Geilo
Upon arrival in Oslo, following breakfast on the cruise, meet your guide for a panoramic city tour of Norway’s capital. The tour includes a visit to Vigeland Park, featuring over 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland, and the City Hall. There will also be a photo opportunity at the iconic Holmenkollen Ski Jump, offering panoramic city and fjord views.
After lunch, the journey continues through dramatic mountain scenery to the charming inland town of Geilo, where you’ll check in at your hotel upon arrival. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 4
Geilo, Hardanger, Bergen
Departing Geilo after breakfast, you'll journey west through scenic valleys and alongside the stunning Hardangerfjord. Experience breathtaking views of Norway's rugged natural beauty as you cross the remarkable Hardanger Bridge, one of the world's longest suspension bridges.
Upon your afternoon arrival in Bergen, you'll take the funicular up Mount Floien to enjoy breathtaking views of the city and its surrounding fjords. Dinner will be served at a local Bergen restaurant, followed by hotel check-in for the night.
Day 5
Bergen, Voss & Myrdal & Flam, Skei
After breakfast, embark on a scenic train journey from Bergen to Myrdal, continuing on the world-renowned Flåm Railway. This picturesque route descends through steep mountainsides and past cascading waterfalls, concluding in the charming village of Flåm.
After exploring Flåm, the group will drive across the stunning fjord to Fodnes. And further to the peaceful town of Skei and have dinner at their hotel.
Day 6
Skei, Briksdal Glacier, Geiranger
Today begins with a journey to one of Norway’s most impressive natural wonders, the Briksdal Glacier. A ride on the motorized “Troll Cars” takes you close to the glacier, where you can enjoy its dramatic blue ice and alpine surroundings.
In the afternoon, the group heads to Geiranger, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, including magnificent waterfalls, towering mountains, and majestic Geirangerfjord. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 7
Geiranger, Lom, Hamar
The group will stay half of the day in Geiranger, further visiting most of the famous photo places including Ørnesvingen and Dalsnibba Viewpoint.
After lunch, the group continues east through valleys and past mountain lakes toward the charming village of Lom, known for its historic stave church and traditional Norwegian character.
In the evening, the group will arrive in a small town closer to Sweden for overnight, dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 8
Hamar, Karlstad
After breakfast, the journey continues eastward, crossing the border into Sweden. Enjoy scenic landscapes as you travel to Karlstad, a peaceful city located on the shores of Lake Vänern - Sweden’s largest lake.
After settling in, you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the town center or unwind by the serene lakeside. A delicious local dinner will be provided.
Day 9
Karlstad, Stockholm
After breakfast, depart Karlstad for Stockholm, Sweden's vibrant capital. Upon arrival in the early afternoon, visit Drottningholms Slott, which is the private residence of the Swedish royal family. The palace, along with its extensive gardens, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is known for its well-preserved 18th-century architecture and interiors.
Dinner at a local restaurant before hotel check in.
Day 10
Stockholm, Overnight Cruise to Helsinki
Explore Stockholm's highlights today with a guided city tour. Visit the Stadshuset (City Hall), renowned as the venue for the Nobel Prize banquet, and the Vasa Museum, home to a remarkably preserved 17th-century warship that narrates tales of Sweden's maritime heritage.
In the afternoon, the group will transfer to the port to board an overnight cruise to Helsinki. A good local dinner will be served on board.
Day 11
Helsinki
Upon arrival in Helsinki, you’ll be met by your local guide and begin a full-day city tour of the Finnish capital. Highlights include Sibelius Park, the elegant Uspenski Cathedral, and Senate Square.
The group will also visit the iconic Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church), carved directly into solid rock. Its stunning acoustics and unique architecture make it a memorable stop.
Good local dinner arranged before heading to the hotel.
Day 12
Helsinki
On your final morning of this trip, after breakfast and hotel check-out, a private coach transfers the group to Helsinki Airport for the return flight home. We wish you a safe journey and hope you leave with unforgettable memories of Scandinavia.
