Prague

A changeable city with alternative styles, romantic and successful, ancient and modern. This is Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, a City of a Hundred Spires. With its rich history Prague has become a political, cultural and economic centre of central Europe. The spectacular attractions including Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and the Prague astronomical clock, the Jewish Quarter, have been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. This cosmopolitan city that is one of the most beautiful capitals would welcome tourists from all over the world with great hospitality.

Budapest

The Jewel-box - Budapest. Hungary's capital city and it deserves to be called a city with a living history. With the majestic Danube in the middle, Budapest has two parts. Buda, with its romantic atmosphere and the Medieval castle and palace complex of the kings on one side, and Pest, a dynamic cultural centre with the Opera, museums, theatres, City parks, Europe's second largest Synagogue, ruinpubs and fancy fashion boulevard on the other.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Prague


Transfer by coach from the airport or station to a hotel in Prague.

Day 2 – Prague – Karlovy Vary – Prague


Breakfast at hotel.

Meet the driver at your hotel for a full day excursion in Prague and Karlovy Vary.

Marvel at the monuments of Prague on this morning sightseeing tour by coach using audio PopGuide and tailor the itinerary to suit your interests. You will see all the highlights like Old Town, St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague Castle complex or the famous Dancing House.

After the Prague sample the excitement of the world-famous spa town of Karlovy Vary. Admire the Bohemian landscapes as you travel by coach from Prague to Karlovy Vary, and discover the many attractions of the town like the elegant spa colonnades and fountains, and sample some of the reputedly curative waters, light spa wafers and some of Karlovy’s legendary herbal liqueur.

Return by coach to your hotel in Prague.

Day 3 – Prague – Vienna


Breakfast at hotel.

Meet the driver at your hotel and depart by coach for Vienna.

After your lunch (not included) in Vienna we invite you for an ‘Imperial tour’ in Schönbrunn Palace which is one of the most famous highlights in the Austrian capital city. Crown your visit to the Imperial Palace with a culinary delight at Café Residenz and taste the

traditional Sacher cake with a cup of delicious coffee.

Day 4 – Vienna – Hallstatt – Salzburg

Hallstatt is considered Austria's best kept secret and the ‘Pearl of the Salzkammergut’. The small town is one of the most beautiful lakeside towns in the world. It belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage sites as well. Explore the old town and admire the view of the

Mühlbach Waterfall and observe the colorful baroque style homes sprinkled on the mountainside on your way there.

After Hallstatt you will visit the famous birthplace of Mozart, the breathtaking city of Salzburg. Enjoy a walk along the picturesque Salzach River and explore this magnificent city.

Day 5 – Salzburg – Bled – Ljubljana

Meet the driver at your hotel and depart by coach for Bled.

After your lunch (not included) in Bled you will take the famous wooden flat-bottom boat called pletna on the Lake Bled. These traditional boats are designed according to the concept of the Venetian gondola boat made by locals and are typical of Bled. You can

discover the small island or just have a cruise on the lake.

After the boat ride, join us to the Bled Castle and take an iconic photo of Bled Island from the bastion. Bled Island is one of the most photogenic spots in Slovenia. Bled and the surrounding area will stun you with their natural beauty for sure.

Last destination on this day will be Ljubljana, which is one of Europe's greenest and most liveable capitals. Attractive cities are often described as 'jewel boxes', and here the name really fits. Discover the historical city center and the major sights as well during your

stay.

Day 6 – Ljubljana – Postojna – Zagreb – Plitvice

The karst cave at Postojna is one of the most popular attractions in Slovenia. The karst cave is worth every minute you can spend in this magical underground world. You can meet even ‘baby dragons’ in this amazing complex.

After your lunch (not included) you will depart for Zagreb. Get an introduction to the rich history of the Croatian capital. Explore the side streets, discover their charm and the hidden gems of Zagreb.

Next stop will be at your hotel in Plitvice.

Day 7 – Plitvice – Budapest
