Come explore one of the most prestigious places in Italy, including the old city of Florence and its Duomo, and also the leaning tower of Pisa.
Florence
Florence's Museums, palaces and churches house some of the world's greatest artistic treasures. The most famous sites include the Duomo, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello and the Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are real art galleries and the library of San Lorenzo is a magnificent exhibition of Michelangelo's architectural genius. Stroll through the oldest streets of the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio and experience the "newest" area of Florence, the Oltrarno.
Pisa
The Leaning Tower, a symbol of Pisa, is the most known Italian monument in the world. Together with the cathedral and the baptistery, it is part of a complex of works that the poet D'Annunzio defined as "Miracles", hence the meaning of Piazza Dei Miracoli for the place that hosts them.
ITINERARY
Day 1
Florence
Transfer by private car with driver from Airport to hotel and hotel check-in.
Enjoy your first day in the romantic city at your leisure.
*Note 1: Hotel is available for check-in after 3 PM
Stay at our selected 4-star hotel in the city centre (standard room) for 3 nights
Day 2
Florence
Breakfast at the hotel
Walking tour using Audio POPGuide (English, Italian, Spanish, German, French languages are available) including typical street food for lunch (not included) “LAMPREDOTTO” a tasty institution of Florentine cuisine, to be tasted accompanied with a fragrant glass of Tuscan red wine. You will take in the sights around the city with a visit to the Duomo, the Baptistery with the bronze doors by Ghiberti, Giotto's bell tower, Uffizi Gallery or Accademia and Piazza Della Signoria. (please ask us if you want to include the entrance fee to Uffizzi Museum, Grande Museo and/or Accademia Museum).
After lunch, you will spend the afternoon exploring the“Cradle of the Renaissance” on your own.
Walking transfer to your hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3
Florence, Pisa
Breakfast at the hotel.
Meeting at starting point & departure for PISA for half-day s/s by Seat in coach & guide on board (English, Italian, Spanish, German, French language are available) currently available on Tuesday & Sunday
You will visit Piazza Dei Miracoli, the Baptistery (not included), the Cathedral (inside) and the Leaning Tower (not included). (please ask us if you want to include Leaning Tower).
Free time for lunch, return to Florence by bus.
Walking transfer to your hotel and overnight.
Day 4
Florence
Breakfast at the hotel
Enjoy free time for last sightseeing or shopping in Florence.
Meet with the driver at your hotel lobby and transfer by private car to the airport.
Tour will come to the end.
