Granada

Granada is a city in southern Spain’s Andalusia region, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It's known for grand examples of medieval architecture dating to the Moorish occupation, especially the Alhambra. This sprawling hilltop fortress complex encompasses royal palaces, serene patios, and reflecting pools from the Nasrid dynasty, as well as the fountains and orchards of the Generalife gardens.

Sevilla

Sevilla is the fourth largest city in Spain. Although its Muslim architectural influence is the most
striking, it had long been a cultural centre of great importance, proof of it are the 3 UNESCO World
Heritage Sites you can find in the city: the Alcázar, the Cathedral and the General Archive of the
Indies. One shouldn’t leave the city without visiting at least one of these precious monuments.

The Alhambra is a palace and fortress complex. It was originally constructed as a small fortress in AD 889 on the remains of Roman fortifications, and then largely ignored until its ruins were renovated and rebuilt in the mid-13th century by the Nasrid emir Mohammed ben Al-Ahmar of the Emirate of Granada, who built its current palace and walls with many intricate details. It was converted into a royal palace in 1333 by Yusuf I, Sultan of Granada. After the conclusion of the Christian Reconquista in 1492, the site became the Royal Court of Ferdinand and Isabella.
